REDEVELOPMENT OF TWO INDUSTRIAL SITES
The modernization of the two industrial sites of Guinet Derriaz allows us to consolidate and modernize the activity to answer all types of demands, from the construction of buildings and interior design projects to large scale road projects in France and internationally.
– The historical site of Guinet Derriaz, located on an industrial site of 8 hectares in between Lyon (France) and Geneva (Switzerland), equips itself with a factory 4.0 with an area of more than 5,000 m2. This plant provides ornamental rock on his captive regional market but also for large-scale projects around the world.
– The second site, with an area of 4,000 m2 located on a site of 5 hectares, is dedicated to the road activity and outdoor facilities.
A FACTORY 4.0 THAT INCREASES OUR SUPPLY CAPACITY
The setting up of this factory 4.0 endowed with digital machines, IOT (Internet of Things) and autonomous robots allows us to significantly increase productivity while ensuring high-precision work.A SUSTAINABLE EXPLOITATION
If these two plants allow us to ensure multiple achievements, another major asset lies in the sustainability of the exploitation of our quarries (nearly 100 hectares on the ground) guaranteed by a multi-century ornamental rock reserve.
Projects made from these quarries extend beyond Europe, from Japan to North America.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY THANKS TO AN ULTRA-MODERN AND EFFICIENT MACHINERY PARK
An automatic loading machine allowing to realize a large number of finishes: brushed, flamed, brushed flamed, bush hammered and all other tailored finishes.
Dual state-of-the-art production line for continuous cutting of very high-yield slabs, up to 600 m2 per day in one shift.
Equipment of 8 loading robots on the entire production line, from sawing to packaging.
